Cincinnati Coworks is in need of charter members!  This is the real deal folks, and we are serious. 

We originally had our eye on a space, but that didn’t work out. So we continue to look. Whatever space we ultimately aim for again may change the financials below. Know that we will make it right in the end. For example, if costs becomes lower, you will receive the difference back. If costs become higher, you will have the choice of helping us by making up the difference, or changing your mind and receiving a full refund. You get the idea.

We’ve (hopefully) been transparent and level throughout, and this is no different.  Below is our Letter of Intent. It is not a contract.  If you sign one and recant later, no one is going to hunt you down (though you may get a dirty look or two).

The Letter of Intent’s purpose is to let everyone align on expectations.  It outlines what we intend to provide, and in return what we need from you.  Simply put: we are asking for two months (first and last) of membership. In return, you get a 10% discount for each month for the first 6 months we are open.  We are also asking for a (verbal) commitment of 6 months.  Our goal is to sign up 8 charter members, which will allow us to move in. Since this is a 100% bootstrapped effort, if there is interest in paying above and beyond the minimum that we’re asking for – for example, a one-time donation, or several months of pre-payment – we’ll figure out what the return for that gesture would be.

Why might you sign up?  If you are tired of working out of your home and want to collaborate with others, yes. But also, you need to sign up if you believe in our vision.

Purchase a charter membership via PayPal for $360 which covers first & last month’s membership with a 10% discount per month.  What this entitles you to is outlined in the Letter of Intent. This is a one-time transaction.  We will work out recurring monthly subscriptions at a later time.  You can also mail in a check.

In The Meantime…

In the meantime, we’re coworking 5 days/week at Willow Creative.  If you need a creative boost, join us!

Date: Every Monday thru Friday from 10am until 5pm.

Location: Willow Creative offices.

RSVP: Make a reservation.  It’s not required, but it’s nice to know when to expect company.

Drop-in fee: $10.  Pay at the door.  While the fee is necessary and goes entirely to use of the space, it is an easy way to show real commitment and interest in what we’re trying to do here.
